Urgent appointments
The practice operates a system of telephone triage, and we can usually offer same day or next day appointments.
Routine appointments
All consultations at the surgery are by appointment only.
To request a routine appointment:
- Telephone us on 01772 686688,
- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
- or use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
Your appointment
Digital / Virtual appointments– If you aren’t required to attend the surgery this will be a virtual appointment. You will be invited in for a face to face consultation should that be the clinical decision.
Digital Access – Our GPs and clinicians have increased the use of video consultations with patients and may ask patients to send in digital photographs if appropriate that will help us to assess the patient. We also can communicate with you via a secure text message system with instructions of how to send imagery to us. By sending the imagery you are consenting to the image being saved on to your medical record. This has proven very useful for our clinicians to make an assessment virtually.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Please tell us:
- if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
- if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
