When you telephone the surgery the Reception team act as call navigators they will ask you a few questions about the nature of your call so they can place you with the right practitioner. This also provides the Doctor or Nurse with sufficient information to aid your appointment. Please provide as much information as you can. You may not need to attend in person the clinician may be able to manage the appointment via telephone.
