We welcome any new patient that lives within the boundaries of the practice area. You can apply to register with us by completing one of the registration forms available in the surgery. We never discriminate on the grounds of age, sex, medical condition, race, disability or social class.
If you’re staying with a friend or relative who is a registered patient at Ash Tree House and need to see a GP, you can register as a temporary resident by completing a form available in the surgery.
